Proposal #9: Juniors are Active Youth
I propose to adopt the following naming:
- (CISV) International Active Youth = IJB as community
- (CISV) International Active Youth Coordination = IJB as committee
- (CISV) International Active Youth Junior Coordinator = Junior IJR
- (CISV) International Active Youth Senior Coordinator = Senior IJR
- (CISV) International Active Youth Junior ReCo for Europe = European Junior ReCo
- (CISV) International Active Youth Senior ReCo for Europe = European Senior ReCo
- (CISV) International Active Youth Coordination Member = IJB Committee member
- (CISV) International Active Youth Coordination Coopted Member = IJB Committee coopted member
- (CISV Italy) National Active Youth = National JB
- (CISV Italy) National Active Youth Junior Coordinator = Junior NJR
- (CISV Italy) National Active Youth Senior Coordinator = Senior NJR
- (CISV Ferrara) Local Active Youth = Local JB
- (CISV Ferrara) Local Active Youth Junior Coordinator = Junior Local JB Rep
- (CISV Ferrara) Local Active Youth Senior Coordinator = Junior Local JB Rep
Rationale
The word "Junior" in any other organization but CISV is equal to the word
"youth". Relating this to the missunderstanding of what is JB, will be worthy to
change the name as happened for the LW-Mosaic. "CISV Active Youth" working is exactily representing what JB is.

I agree in principle with this proposal. I also believe it was stated and somewhat discussed in some other proposal...
I like the concept of "Youth" instead of "Junior", Junior implies a Senior, and we might want to evolve from the Jr/Sr categorisation.
Moreover, "Active Youth" sounds appealing...incidentally, the proposed names do not sound so appealing but rather long.
So, hooray for a change...let's discuss names afterwards.
